QAS VIP services cover the special needs for all VIP movement through passenger terminals, VIP Lounges and departure gates for customer airports and airlines.

Our team positioned at the VIP lounge covers the followings

• Other Airlines passengers check in process at departure.
• Porterage services.
• Escorting from the check-In area to the lounge.
• Escorting from the boarding area to the aircraft.
• Escorting from the VIP lounge on arrival.
• Meeting and greeting on arrival at the aircraft door.

Porterage Services

Porterage services and Bell hub service are available for departing passengers and arrival passengers from kerbside to check-in counters.

In addition, we are providing specialized equipment inside the terminal to service VIP passengers and customer with reduce mobility. We also provide shuttle service for common use as required by our client airport. Some examples of the specialized equipment are

• Pro-move Sling
• Medical High Lift or Ambulift
