On that note, we are excited to announce the launch of Shahnat a bespoke customer self-service portal that will empower our customers with the ability to accomplish transactions online that currently require them to visit
the QAS Cargo customer service offices. Shahnat will enable customers taking delivery of Doha terminating shipments and dropping off outbound shipments, to make online payments, upload mandatory documents for verification and secure dock bookings for delivery of their shipments. The portal has been designed for customers to have a quick and seamless experience while completing online transactions.
The Shahnat portal also promotes a paperless environment as customers will now be able to complete all required transactions from the convenience of their offices. Further development of Shahnat is being planned where customers will be able to access the portal on multiple platforms, complementing the customer focused strategy of QAS Cargo.
