The QAS Passenger Services team is responsible for creating a smooth, professional and seamless customer experience from kerbside to boarding, for all international airlines, VVip private fleet and executive charter customers. Our team of specially recruited and highly trained staff lead passengers through a range of services expected from a premium Passenger Services team.

We coordinate check-in and boarding in various Document Control Systems (DCS) such as, Altea, Macs, Sabre, SITA DCS, TROYA & Navitaire. The benefit of this to our customers, is that whichever booking system or systems are used in your airport, our QAS team is trained and competent to use that system.

Not only are our staff expertly literate in all global booking systems, they are literate in the majority of major languages spoken globally. Passengers have the peace of mind in knowing that whatever their native spoken language, there will highly likely be a QAS staff member who speaks that language. We maintain this competency with global booking systems by a system of progressive upskilling for our specialist staff,

Check-in and boarding is a highly dynamic function that is required to process increasing numbers of passengers as international air travel increases. For this to be possible, it required QAS developing flexible and adaptable software solutions – intelligent systems – customised to customer airports and airline needs, capable of capturing, recording and processing passenger data, to enable better care of the passengers whom they serve.

Customer Care 
The QAS Customer Care section is a highly skilled and professional team trained to handle PRMs and unaccompanied minors. In addition to that we run a fleet of Buggies inside the terminal to services VIP protocol listed passengers, PRMs and also offer shuttle service for common use at client airports. Not only do they run buggy services, but a true end-to-end service delivery system that enhances our passengers experience to the premium level, whatever their class of travel.

Trolley management services

Trolley management services ensures the availability of high quality baggage and porterage trolleys at pre-determined, convenient locations throughout the airport, designed to meet passenger’s needs. All trolleys are provided to the passengers free of charge in all areas and a modern tracker system records all trolley management tasks.
