We are happy to announce the commencement of operations at our New Delhi Centralized Load Control facility.
Effective today, we are handling a small portion of outstation flights in the newly opened office.
The first load sheet produced from DEL CLC was issued on October 9, 2019 at 01:26 UTC for flight QR477/09OCT SYZ-DOH. This is the first ever QAS international operational unit outside The State of Qatar and a huge milestone on the future journey of QAS going global.
Our state of the art DEL CLC facility is designed to provide comfortable and safe working environment. The office is equipped with the latest technology features to provide the services in an undisrupted and safe manner. The transition plan includes the transfer of approx. 80 flights a day until the end of NOV19.
Next phase will include the transfer of load control functions at DOH departures. We would like to thank all our employees for contributing towards this achievement, and we look forward to future successes.
